Help For The Woman's Heart

Life pulls at your heart in many directions—through stress, weariness, anxiety, disappointment, or just the weight of everyday responsibilities. You'll discover how caring for your heart and body is part of walking in wisdom and glorifying God.

Help For The Doubting Heart

Learn how to find safe spaces for your honest questions and move toward confident trust.

Help For The Older Heart

Age brings perspective, but it also brings losses that younger hearts can't understand. Discover how to embrace the wisdom of your years while finding care for your tender places.

Help For The Man's Heart

Men often struggle in isolation, believing they must handle their pain alone. Thad Bergmeier will address the unique ways you may process hurt—from anger that masks deeper wounds to the pressure to "be strong" that prevents healing. Learn how to find healing when you've been taught never to show weakness.

Help For The Addicted Heart
