                       Sunday Morning

When talking about knowing who God is and venturing into a specific study of Him and His character, it is best to narrow down the conversation. We’re going to do on Sunday mornings for the next several months by focusing in on His attributes. My hope would be that you would come to know God to a greater degree but also realize how knowing God has tremendous practical implications for your life. I hope that you will plan on joining us at services which begin at 10:15 am every Sunday morning.

Compassion International Update:  A Christmas gift for Brian!

As a church family, we have an opportunity to bless and give a financial gift to Brian this Christmas. As many of you may already know, our Kid’s Kingdom classes sponsor a young boy named Brian Mutio (age 8) from Kenya through Compassion International.  (Thank you to all the children and families who make contributions to Kid’s Kingdom’s weekly offering that provides the financial support of $38 to Brian each month.)

Sponsorship through Compassion International is life-changing for a young boy like Brian. Our financial support of Brian opens doors for literacy and higher education, health care, recreation and friendship in safe, nurturing environment, and most importantly, discipleship and exposure to Biblical teaching at his Compassion Center.

We would love to give a generous gift to Brian this Christmas! Will you pray and consider contributing as God leads you.  There will be a collection box in the foyer if you are interested in giving..Thank you for your support and prayers for Brian.

Student Ministries: Ohio State vs. Penn State Watch Party @ the Littlers

When: Saturday, 11-23-19,  Address:  16374 Main Market Rd., West Farmington, OH 44491

Ready for some football? Sports can bring people together in some unique ways, and we would like to open our home so 7th-12th grade students can enjoy each other’s company and the fun of rooting for either the winning team or Penn State. Students are invited to come as early as 11:00am. We’ll have pizza, pop, and other snacks as we look forward to a great time together!

Student Ministries: Thanksgiving Dinner

Sunday, 11-24-19, 5:00 pm @ The Ministry Center

It is so good to take time to reflect on how good God is and how richly He has blessed us: “Give thanks to the Lord, for he is good, for his steadfast love endures forever” (Psalm 136:1, ESV).

Students in 7th-12th grade are invited to join together for a special evening of giving thanks to God, reflecting on His goodness, and feasting on awesome food. We will also be joined by Amos and Katie Arnold, who will lead us in an engaging and creative evening.

Parents, please be on the lookout for a food & drinks sign-up sheet as we prepare for this epic potluck. Looking forward to a great time of celebration!
